The "Market Stand" name and brand identity

All intellectual property rights in and to the Market Stand platform are owned by:

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the software
Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
Distributing, selling, or licensing the software to third parties
Removing or altering any copyright notices or proprietary markings
Using the software for unauthorized commercial purposes
Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data
Attempting to access source code or proprietary algorithms

User-Generated Content

While Market Stand LLC owns the platform and software, vendors retain ownership of the content they submit (product descriptions, images, business information). By submitting content to Market Stand, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

Trademarks

"Market Stand," the Market Stand logo, and related marks are trademarks of Market Stand LLC. Use of these trademarks without prior written permission is prohibited. All other trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

Open Source Components

Market Stand may include open-source software components, each governed by its respective license. A list of open-source components and their licenses is available upon request. The inclusion of open-source components does not grant any rights to Market Stand's proprietary code.

Enforcement

Market Stand LLC actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Violations of this Copyright Notice may result in:

Immediate termination of access to the Service
Civil legal action for damages and injunctive relief
Criminal prosecution where applicable
Recovery of attorney's fees and legal costs
